**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound **sales calls** professionally.
- Engage with customers via **chat platforms and calls** to understand their requirements.
- Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** (verbal & written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
- Proficiency in using **MS Office, CRM tools, and chat/calling platforms.**:
