**Role Overview**:
We seek a **Business Development Executive (BDE)** for our **Zirakpur** office. This full-time, on-site role involves **career counseling, lead generation, and client management via Zoom meetings**. The BDE will drive **sales, build strong relationships with IT professionals, and recommend suitable courses**.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in **business development, lead generation, and account management**:

- Strong **communication and relationship-building skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to **meet/exceed sales targets**:

- Knowledge of **IT industry trends** is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
