**Job Title**: Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)

**Reporting To**: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper
**Location**: Promenade, Pondicherry

**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic experience for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean guest rooms as per hotel standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and staircases.
- Ensure timely linen change, towel replacement, and room arrangement.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and politely (e.g., extra amenities, laundry, etc.).
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within assigned timelines.
- Assist in room inspections and maintain housekeeping carts neatly stocked.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and hygienic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
