Occupational Therapy Professor Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in occupational therapy
- Design and implement course curricula that meet accreditation standards
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals
- Conduct and publish original research in peer-reviewed journals
- Supervise student research projects and clinical placements
- Collaborate with other faculty members on interdisciplinary projects
- Participate in academic service activities such as committee work
- Engage in community outreach and partnerships to promote occupational therapy
- Stay updated with advancements in occupational therapy practices and integrate them into teaching
- Provide professional development opportunities for students and colleagues

Occupational Therapy Professor Qualifications & Skills
- Masters in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Proven record of scholarly research and publications
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding
- Active membership in relevant professional organizations
- Previous academic teaching experience in occupational therapy
- Experience with online or hybrid teaching formats
- Clinical specialization or certification in a specific area of occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an occupational therapist
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in occupational therapy
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
- Effective teaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
