**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Telecalling**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about properties, services and offers.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads, schedule site visits and ensure timely feedback.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or telecalling roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle client queries effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
