
Customer Support Intern

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver accurate, courteous, and prompt communication that enhances the student experience.
Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal academic and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Guide students in navigating online learning tools and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
Share feedback from learners to help improve support services and learning delivery.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude with a student-first mindset.
Completed a degree in any field (tech background is a plus).
Basic understanding of online learning environments.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and maintain responsiveness.
