Role Title: Program Associate (GEET Intern)

Duration: Minimum commitment 6 Month

**Job Description**:
The role of Program Associate is a backbone of GEET’s operational efforts.

activities to establish the foundational systems and processes at GEET.

This role has 3 broad parts. There may be other tasks or departments that

organisation and senior leadership’s decisions in the coming months.

1.Research
- Support in research activities as the senior team directs
- Leveraging secondary sources and primary also (whenever feasible)

to gather data (qualitative and quantitative)
- Synthesis, compilation and presentation of finding with meaningful

takeaways and insights
- Produce well researched, documented and meaningful reports that

aid GEET’s mission and propel us to achieve our objectives
- Support in developing strategies and frameworks for content

delivery, fund raising, pitching among other activities

2.Communication
- Maintain all communication channels of GEET, including but not
- Create strategic content calendar and plan that aligns with

organisation’s mission and objective
- Develop, curate and present content pieces regularly and post on

various platforms
- Manage the activity and engagement on all channels
- Support in all communications pertaining to partnerships, outreach

and collaborations with other individuals or institutes

3.Operations
- Support in general administrative and operational activities
- Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining

meeting minutes, keeping the team up to speed with all

developments
- Assist the team in developing hiring plans, training modules and

onboarding procedures
- Manage internal database of Geet by maintaining all records,

documents in a systematic and organised manner

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
