**Responsibilities**:

- **Serve Customers**: Greet people, answer their questions, and give them information about the jewelry.
- **Sell Jewelry**: Help customers buy products and meet your monthly or seasonal sales goals.
- **Handle Money and Orders**: Complete customer payments and get the jewelry ready to be delivered.
- **Maintain the Store**: Make sure the store is always clean, safe, and looks attractive (following display standards).
- **Manage Stock**: Keep daily track of the store's inventory and monitor stock levels.
- **Keep in Touch**: Follow up with customers after they visit and work to keep them coming back.
- **Teamwork**: Communicate and work well with people in other departments.
- **Use Technology**: POS and other computer systems like ERP.

**Qualifications**:

- Sales experience (jewellery preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantage

- Methodical (keeps track of tasks),
- Sincere, hard-working, ability to independently lead, communicate, and collaborate with team,

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
