The Test Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

**Key duties/ responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, incorporating manual and automated testing methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise in all aspects of testing, including test planning, test design, test execution, and test automation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to understand project requirements and ensure effective execution of testing activities.
- Identify and implement best practices for testing processes, tools, and techniques to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of testing requirements and design scalable testing frameworks aligned with business objectives and quality standards.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable testing tools and technologies to support the testing process and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of testing activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize testing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and technologies, and proactively integrate them into the testing framework.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for complex software systems.
- In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and other industry-standard testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive successful testing initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Relevant certifications in software testing and quality assurance would be a plus.
