Waitress and Barista

As a Barista and Waitress, you will deliver exceptional service by preparing quality beverages, serving delicious food, and creating a welcoming experience for customers. Your role will involve engaging with customers, managing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless dining and café experience.

**Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Suggest beverages based on customer preferences and upsell products.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters and equipment.

**Waitress Duties**:

- Greet and seat customers promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Respond to inquiries about menu items, dietary restrictions, and specials.
- Process payments, handle cash or card transactions, and provide receipts.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service and address any issues or complaints professionally.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning tables.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a barista or waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and familiarity with food service protocols.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to medium loads for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and energetic environment.
