We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Bangalore. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that our customers have a pleasant and memorable time at our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and seat guests, present menus, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- **Serving**: Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- **Table Maintenance**: Clear and clean tables promptly, reset tables, and ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide change as necessary.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and seek management assistance if needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive team environment.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
