Recruiting Coordinator

**Title: Recruiting Coordinator - AMEE**

**Location: New Delhi, India**

**Responsibilities**:

- The Recruiting Coordinator receives updated Job Descriptions from the Recruiter with all specifications and as per the agreement posts them on the PATH Careers page and LinkedIn / Devnet.
- Creates requisition on Workday, builds and maintains trackers and maintains dashboards for open roles.
- Partner with the recruiters on regional and global staffing initiatives
- Schedule interviews with interview teams / business SPOC across time zones via MS teams or face to face.
- Ensure shortlisting of resumes from the Applicant tracking system are proactively shared with the recruiter for further selection.
- Attend team meetings and provide recommendations for posting/advertising venues, diversity outreach and interview logistics.
- Assist in the management of other recruiting activities as needed.
- Work within various recruiting systems including Workday applicant tracking system, prospect management database, and SharePoint knowledge management sites.
- Review, edit, and ensure accuracy of requisitions, new hire information, and electronic job files ensuring PATH standards are followed.
- Ensure PATH’s commitment to hire diversity is well reflected in the advertisements and networking options and a diverse set of resumes are presented to hiring manager.
- Act as primary contact with advertising vendors, participate in negotiating rates for advertisements, pay invoices, and perform accounting activities for expenses.

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three or more years of experience providing recruiting coordination support, at a complex global organization.
- Experience of working as part of a global support team with expertise and knowledge of working on Workday, Hire-right, MS Teams, Sharepoint among others.
- While PATH provides a hybrid work environment, the role requires you to work from the office 3-4 days a week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven skills in customer service. Experience of complex calendaring, writing on behalf of others and proofreading. Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively while also thinking and operating independently.
- Demonstrated success producing accurate work products and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven skill prioritizing competing demands and keeping others apprised of progress.
