We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
With 2-3 years of professional experience, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the sales process, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and driving business growth.
This position involves managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the success of the sales team through effective planning and execution.
**Responsibilities**:
Maintain seamless communication with prospects, ensuring timely follow-up to progress them towards a sale.
Coordinate and schedule business meetings with potential clients, ensuring smooth interactions.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and analyze detailed Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, including sales performance and revenue data.
Monitor and update various tracking systems and maintain a comprehensive sales activity reports.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships to drive recurring business.
Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, including documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure payment recoveries as per the agreed terms.
Having experience in tender-related processes will be a significant advantage.
**Qualifications**:
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the IT industry and a passion for sales and business development (preferred).
Familiarity with tender-related processes and AMC follow-ups will be a plus.
