**Job Title: Online Retail Sales Associate**

**Experience: 2-4 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Sales**:

- Manage online sales channels, including our e-commerce website, third-party marketplaces, and social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with product selection, order placement, and payment processing.
- Drive online sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and promotional strategies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to online shoppers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds with empathy and efficiency.
- Build rapport with customers to enhance their online shopping experience and encourage repeat purchases.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Educate customers on product specifications, usage instructions, and care guidelines.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and shipped out in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Track order status, shipment tracking information, and delivery updates to keep customers informed.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
- Create compelling product descriptions, images, and marketing materials to drive online engagement and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computers, e-commerce platforms, and online sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
