**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Research
- Research and design small-scale rockets, drones, and satellite models suitable for student learning and classroom demonstrations.
- Develop experiments, project kits, and educational prototypes to support learning objectives.
- Analyze technical concepts and translate them into simplified, age-appropriate educational material.
- Contribute to the development of project-based curriculum for UAVs, rocketry, and space systems.

Teaching & Training
- Conduct sessions for students, demonstration of work/ courses (online or offline).
- Work with the content team to prepare video scripts, lesson plans, and training guides.
- Mentor interns and assist in faculty training related to drone and rocket projects.
- Provide feedback during live sessions to improve learner experience and understanding.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering..

Experience
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience with drone or model rocketry building and testing.
- Familiarity with UAV basics, propulsion systems, aerodynamics, and flight stability.
- Experience creating or supporting STEM-based learning environments is a plus

**Skills**
- Strong foundation in core aerospace principles tailored to beginner and intermediate learners.
- Experience with open-source simulation or educational tools.
- Comfortable explaining complex concepts in simple, engaging language.
- Strong communication skills with a learner-first mindset.
- Enthusiastic about research, innovation, and inspiring young minds.
