DATA ENTRY

Job Purpose: We are currently looking for a skilled data entry specialist with exceptional detail orientation and analytical

skill to join us in our mission. We require someone with good written and communication skills. They should be capable of

procuring rates of products essential to our business. We require someone with good typing skills. Should be sincere,

organized and committed to their work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and input data into databases
- Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check output
- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Source material, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and

deals
- Conduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business

opportunities
- Procure prices of products by calling vendors
- Making outbound calls and follow up
- During initial period you will be given any work based on your skills.

Requisite Skills:

- Good negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online forms
- Ability to keep company confidences

Education: Graduation, Post-Graduation
