Walter® Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented graphic designer to join our team. We are seeking a creative individual who can demonstrate strong design skills and have up to date knowledge of latest design software and tools. In this role, you will closely work with the marketing team to create engaging creatives for the brand. Your responsibilities will play a key role in ensuring that we craft compelling brand creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and develop packaging design concepts that align with the brand and product messaging.
- Create and produce high-quality packaging designs for various types of pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to cartons, labels, injections (vials & ampoules), protein powders, Jar packs for multivitamins, fish oil capsules, etc, and blister packs.
- Ensure all packaging designs are compliant with industry regulations, including "Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act" guidelines and product labelling requirements (proper training on this will be provided).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and techniques, and packaging innovations to continually improve and innovate our packaging design processes.
- Craft compelling brand guidelines and brand kit for posts on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
- Meet the design expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.
- Familiar with the latest design trends with practical exposure to design tools such as CorelDraw, and Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and techniques, and packaging innovations to continually improve and innovate our packaging design processes.

Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Strong proficiency in CorelDraw, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
