Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities on the hospital floor, ensuring optimal patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Act as the liaison between nursing staff, doctors, housekeeping, and administrative teams.
- Monitor patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure timely bed allocation and proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and infection control protocols.
- Handle patient and family queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Support nursing staff with resource allocation, shift planning, and duty assignments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and supply departments to maintain floor readiness and cleanliness.
- Maintain records related to patient movement, staffing, incidents, and service quality on the floor.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report any irregularities or critical incidents to hospital administration promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
