**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles and presence across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule social media posts, engaging with audiences and monitoring activity.
- Analyze social media insights and metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- **Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads)**:

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Optimize paid ad performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids for campaigns based on performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Analyze digital marketing data to track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush to assess campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary for campaign execution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating visuals.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for website updates.
