**Job Description:Information Technology Administrator**:

- Job Title: IT Administrator
- Working Hours: 7pm IST to 4am IST (US Shifts)
- Work From Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Hosting Products: Domain, Hosting Plans.
- **Network Firewall**: Making Policies Check security issues.
- VPN Configuration & Support for connectivity issue.
- Coordinate with ISP for bandwidth connectivity issue as well as any blocked protocol, Ip addresses.
- AD Server Synchronization.
- Managing high availability, provide 99% uptime.
- **Hardware**: Computer, Server, Internet devices (Router, Switches, WIFI device)
- Managing all assets (laptops, Display, CPU, Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, network devices, printer).
- Provide the user support (remotely and physically).
- Identify and solve the issue in network and systems.
- Get the approval and upgrade the hardware as per user requirements.
- Maintain the connectivity for every computer.
- Check user requirement and fulfil them.
- Internet Plan renewal.
- Coordinate with vendor and fix the hardware issue if needed. (server, switches, routers, firewall, Printer).
- Monitor the entire network.
- Power on and off the server and test.
- **Software**: Operating system (licenses), Software’s
- Provide user support (remotely and physically).
- Identify and solve the issue ,software update the required patches.
- Coordinate with provider and add the balance when required.
- Co-ordinate and Fix the issue with support team.
- Vendor Coordination(toll free forwarding, GoDaddy, flow route, Call routing for client service.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
- Bachelors degree
