**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify and prioritize test cases for automation, taking into consideration risk, impact, and likelihood of failure.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and identify areas for test automation.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues, working closely with developers to resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in writing clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Robot Framework, or Selenium.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, and test automation.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SDET Python: 5 years (preferred)
