**Job Description: Student Counselor for Study Abroad**

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Student Guidance and Counseling**:
Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options, programs, and opportunities.

Assist students in identifying their academic and career goals, and how studying abroad can contribute to their personal growth.

Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess student needs, concerns, and preferences related to studying abroad.

**Program Coordination and Management**:
Collaborate with educational institutions and program providers to facilitate smooth enrollment processes for students.

Coordinate and organize informational sessions, workshops, and events related to study abroad opportunities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study abroad policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Administrative Support**:
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management related to student interactions and progress.

Assist in the development of promotional materials and outreach strategies to attract students to study abroad programs.

**Student Advocacy and Support**:
Serve as an advocate for students' needs and concerns throughout their study abroad journey.

Provide support and guidance during emergencies or challenging situations encountered by students abroad.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment to enhance students' overall study abroad experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Proven experience (1-2 years) in student counseling, preferably within the context of study abroad programs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple student cases and administrative tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of international education trends, study abroad opportunities, and relevant policies.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Experience studying or working abroad, enhancing understanding of international student needs.

**Knowledge about:Canada,Australia,UK,USA,Schengen countries etc...**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
