**Job Overview**:
The Operation Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the day-to-day operational activities within the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. They will be tasked with managing service delivery, coordinating with different departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage operational services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee service delivery processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different departments (Accounts, customer service,AMc’s etc.) to streamline operations.
- Implement and optimize operational strategies, procedures, and workflows.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service quality.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or issues.
- Manage relationships with clients, Amc’s, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
