Integration Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST SOAP APIs MID Server and Integration Hub Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues CMDB Configuration Management Database Maintain and update the CMDB to ensure accurate and up to date information Implement best practices for CMDB data management and governance Application Development
