**Job Title: Market Research Interviewer**

**Location**: Jalandhar

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-person, phone, or online interviews with targeted individuals or groups to collect data for market research purposes.
- Follow pre-designed survey scripts or interview protocols while maintaining a conversational tone to ensure accurate and unbiased data collection.
- Identify and recruit suitable participants for interviews or focus groups based on specified criteria.
- Build rapport with interviewees to encourage open and honest responses to questions.
- Record responses accurately and in a timely manner using appropriate data collection methods and tools.
- Ensure compliance with research protocols, ethical standards, and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the research team to analyze data and identify key insights and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging research methodologies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving survey instruments, interview techniques, and research processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in market research, customer service, or a related field is desirable but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to elicit valuable insights.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer software and online survey tools.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones or target demographics.
- Ethical conduct and adherence to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
