Key Responsibilities:
3. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and infographics.

5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

6. Analyze campaign performance and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

8. Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,656.07 - ₹25,898.04 per month
