Telemarketing Executive to join our team and help drive our sales efforts through executive
telemarketing campaigns.
Job Overview:
As a Telemarketing Executive for Building Products, you will be responsible for generating
leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through outbound
calls. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, understanding customer needs,
and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, including contractors, distributors, architects, and other industry professionals, to promote our building products and generate leads.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through telemarketing activities, gathering relevant information to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our building products, addressing customer inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any customer concerns, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and provide them with the necessary information to close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and by providing excellent service.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence during calls to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and report findings to the marketing and sales teams.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on telemarketing activities, lead generation, and sales conversions to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service, preferably within the building products or construction industry.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
