We are looking for an FDM-based 3D Printer Operator with an eye for quality and the ability to manage multiple machines linked with IoT. This job is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Pre-process filament and maintain quality thereof for use in FDM printing.
- Setup and operate CNC-controlled FDM printing.
- Perform basic maintenance on FDM machines.
- Monitor FDM process quality and make adjustments if necessary.
- Perform post-processing such as cutting and support removal.
- Schedule multiple jobs and projects in parallel, managing multiple machines to achieve throughput.
- Work with production manager to perform continuous improvement.
- Work with engineering and technical team to enhance process, give feedback and suggestions on machines and projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in the work environment.
- Troubleshooting, preventive & scheduled maintenance.
- Participate in skill enhancement training programs.
- Preparing digital copies of production report and uploading to drive.
- Salary range: 15,000 to 20,000 INR/ Month (It depends upon educational & work experience)

**Requirements**:

- Adhere to safety and health procedures
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Able to follow written manuals, instructions and procedures
- Able to manage machine time and schedules

**Working**: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 7 pm IST. Work from office

**Office address**: #803, Avdhesh house, Near Gurudwara Crossing, SG highway, Ahmedabad.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
