**Position Title**:
Quality Officer

Post Open for Females.

**Location**:
Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Graduate or Post Graduate in Microbiology, Food Science or Food Technology with minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control Department

**Key Skills**:
Food Safety, Product Supervising, HACCP, Control ISO 22000, QC Food Safety Management Systems, Quality Assurance Operations Management

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To inspect raw material and process materials. Ensure proper lab analysis of raw materials, process materials and finished goods
- Ensure monitoring of quality and food safety standards related parameters as per law and Govt. guidelines
- Follow SOP for production process and ensure its implementation procedures to inspect and report quality issues to the respective supervisors
- Set safety standards for quality testing and reporting
- Conduction of product trials for performance and sensory evaluation
- Ensure that the products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications
- Follow Quality Control and Food Safety Standards and its implementation. Work on the quality standards, ISO & HACCP. Diagnose reason in case of any issues.
- Conduct internal audits and review at regular frequencies for implementation and sustenance.
- Conduct periodic surveillance audits, on time Re Certification audit and renewal by certification agency.
- Closure of corrective actions based on the internal audit findings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹222,000.00 per year
