- Web Designer Responsibilities:

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team.
- Conceptualize original design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness.
- Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Design layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- Create branding assets for websites, apps, and other media.
- Design creatives for social media, and banners for marketing campaigns.
- Follow design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain the appearance of company websites.
- Design visual imagery for websites in line with brand requirements.
- Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
- Brainstorm ideas with the team and clients.
- Present designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders with justifications.
- Skills & Qualifications:

- A relevant Diploma/Degree in a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD and other visual design tools.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
- Self Motivation and commitment.
- Good time-management skills
