Develop and implement production schedules.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Analyze production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of machinery.
- Enforce strict quality assurance standards at every stage of PCB manufacturing.
- Address any defects or inconsistencies in products and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise and coordinate the production team.
- Provide training and ensure staff adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure timely procurement of components to avoid production delays.
- Optimize production costs without compromising quality.
- Develop budgets and monitor expenses.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety norms.
- Conduct regular safety drills and risk assessments.
- Work with design and engineering teams to address manufacturability issues.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Quickly identify and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and workforce challenges.
- Maintain records of production metrics and prepare detailed reports.
- Use data analytics to forecast production trends and improve operations.

Pay: ₹8,487.76 - ₹42,605.06 per month
