We work with various blue chip and e-commerce clients in the country to promote their products and services. We have clients into various divisions like banking, finance, entertainment and NGO sector who outsource their Marketing, Advertising activities to us.

**JOB PROFILE**

Etiqu is expanding operations in Kerala and other part of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 Business Managers (BDM), So we select our new joiners as Management Associate and develop them holistically in all functional areas of International Business Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-8-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Business Associate => HR Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Branch Head => Business Head.

On the job training would be given at every level and promotions will be based entirely on individual performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and techniques
- coaching and developing your team
- Acquire and forge relationship with customers
- Increasing customer acquisition
- Good at client servicing
- Participate in marketing planning
- Conducting team meetings and manage client campaigns
- Acting as a point of contact on behalf of the client for promotion & brand development.
