Qc Microbiologist

**Job Title**: QA/QC Executive - Microbiologist

**Qualification**: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology

**Experience**: 2+ years

**Industry**: Food & Beverages

**Responsibilities**:

- Test food and water samples for bacteria, yeast, and mold.
- Do daily lab work using microbiology equipment.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and hygiene.
- Keep proper records of test results.
- Follow food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
- Check hygiene in the production area.
- Help in internal and external audits.
- Collect samples from production and storage areas.
- Report any quality or safety issues to QA Manager.
- Work with the QA team to ensure safe and quality food.

**Skills Needed**:

- Basic microbiology lab knowledge
- Understanding of food safety rules
- Neat and accurate in documentation
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to learn and work at site/lab

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
