**ANGLO INDIAN TEACHERS - KG**

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Must be Anglo-Indian by ethnicity or community background.

Must be Montessori certified (AMI/IMTC/other recognized institutes).

Minimum qualification: Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / B.Ed. (preferably with a focus on pre-primary education).

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten. Freshers can also apply.

Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for 3-5-year-olds.

Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods.

Conduct regular student assessments.
