Kindergarten Coordinator

Title: Kindergarten Coordinator (KG-2), Primary Coordinator (Grade 3-5), and Anglo Indian Teachers

Location: Krishnagiri, Tamilnadu

We are seeking dynamic and passionate educators to join our team as Kindergarten Coordinator (KG-2), Primary Coordinator (Grade 3-5), and Anglo Indian Teachers at Vailankanni Public School, Krishnagiri. **Responsibilities**:
Kindergarten Coordinator (KG-2):

- Oversee the daily operations and curriculum implementation for the kindergarten section (KG-2).
- Develop age-appropriate teaching strategies, lesson plans, and learning materials.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support to teachers as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

Primary Coordinator (Grade 3-5):

- Coordinate the curriculum delivery and assessment practices for the primary section (Grade 3-5).
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in instructional strategies, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement interventions when necessary.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, events, and field trips for the primary section.

Anglo Indian Teachers:

- Deliver high-quality instruction to students, following the Anglo Indian curriculum guidelines.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- For Kindergarten and Primary Coordinator positions:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.

Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and student assessment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff.
- For Anglo Indian Teachers:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.

Fluency in English and a strong understanding of the Anglo Indian curriculum.
Experience teaching in an Anglo Indian school or familiarity with the curriculum is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
