**Job Title: Event Coordinator**

**Location: Sanjivini Hospital Super Speciality Hospital, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow**

**Key Responsibilities**: As an integral member of our team, the Event Coordinator will:

- Conceptualize, plan, and oversee a spectrum of events, including health camps, seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs, aligning them with our hospital's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, medical professionals, external partners, and local authorities to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact.
- Manage all logístical aspects of events, from venue selection and vendor coordination to budget management.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events through various channels, such as social media, traditional advertising, and community networks.
- Evaluate the success of each event through post-event analysis, gathering feedback, and leveraging insights to enhance future initiatives.
- A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sector.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders and fostering positive relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as familiarity with event management software and digital marketing tools.
- A passion for healthcare and a genuine commitment to improving community health outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
