- **Maintenance and Care**:

- Experience with landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) and power tools.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, pest control, and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in outdoor environments.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense for landscape design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot irrigation or maintenance issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

**Education and Experience**:

- Certificate in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is a must.
- 6 months - 6 years of experience in landscaping, preferably in real estate or commercial property maintenance.

- Work will primarily be outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends or after hours for special projects or urgent landscaping needs.
