Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Design and Planning**:

- Develop and design plans that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable.
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct site analysis, including environmental, cultural, and historical factors, to inform design decisions.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape designs on-site.

**Client Interaction**:

- Attend client meetings to discuss project goals, present designs, and provide updates.
- Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, for design and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 2-6 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
