**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive**with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in finance while working in a fast-paced IT environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Handle basic taxation processes including TDS and GST.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Manage digital payment systems such as **PayPal** and perform reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking.
- Assist in internal/external audits and coordinate with financial consultants.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year** of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with digital payment platforms like **PayPal**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,375.21 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
