Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners 2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks 3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests 4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) 5. Setting up accounts for new users 6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary 7. Ready to work for Additional task like - Hotel/Flight booking, Software/subscription purchase 8. Baseline/Configuration of Desktops, Laptop and Servers per IT guidelines 9. Advanced & TI specific Application Installation & Configuration 10. Service Pack, Windows patching & Virus Signature Management 11. Windows 7,Windows 10, MAC troubleshooting 12. Laptop and Desktops redeployments (Include DBAN) 13. Troubleshooting Hardware & Software Related Issues 14. Client Accessories Configuration - Printer, Fax, Wireless Devices, etc 15. Data Backup Client Support 17. WLAN & VPN two factor authentication setup and troubleshooting. 18. Operational Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintenance 19. First line Windows server support 20. SCCM client troubleshooting 21. Working with hardware vendors on fixing Hardware issues 22. Consult and Escalate tickets to 2nd/3rd level support to find resolution. 23. Order or buy computer systems and liaise with purchase and supplies department. 24. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems. 25. Advanced & TI specific Application Installation & Configuration 26. Service Pack, Windows patching & Virus Signature Management 27. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. 28. Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance. 29. Maintain technical documentation as may be required. 1. Fresher with the willingness to do learn new technology and work dynamically in the environment. 2. Self-management and problem resolution skills 3.
