Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for electrical and power backup equipment.
- Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for order confirmations and dispatch.
- Coordinate with stores, technical, and accounts teams for inventory and billing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid delays in projects or service.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers for consistent supply and support.
- Handle documentation related to purchase and procurement process.
- Support internal audit requirements and maintain purchase-related compliance records.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate (preferably in commerce, supply chain, or business field).
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role (preferably in a technical or electrical product-based company).
- Knowledge of UPS, batteries, stabilizers, and electrical items preferred.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team environment and learning-based culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
