- Attend complaints/breakdown calls related to HVAC received by telephone or rounds by H/K department.
- Operation and maintenance of Gurgaon clinic A/C units.
- Operation and maintenance of fan coil units of patient rooms.
- Adhering to Cleaning schedule of AHU filters.
- Responsible for replacing the filters as per dates or culture report of operation theatres.
- Maintain diesel pumps, stock of diesel and consumption by Generators and laundry.
- Operation of LT Panels and maintaining power factor above 86.
- Operation of Medical Gas Bank and associated machinery.
- Operation of all plants and machinery.
- Operation of plumbing pumps and water supply system.
