Should have Designing knowledge.
- To prepare handouts and revise syllabus/curriculum enrichment and assessment calendar
- To design and administer assessment/class tests and to assess students
- To conduct and supervise tutorial, workshop, practical & lab work
- To advise, mentor, counsel students
- To guide projects & collections etc.
- To be adept at state-of-art instructional methodologies and techniques
- To engage in training & development for individual growth
- Problem solving skills and should be able to maintain a positive environment in the class.
- To appear/participate in professional capacities at seminars/conferences
- To up-grade qualifications as advised to engage in administrative activities concerning courses, programs, institutional matters, as arising from work or as specially assigned.
- Maintaining student records relating to attendance, class plans, and student performance

**Required Qualification & Skills**
- Graduate & or equivalent experience in Training students in Pattern Making and Garment Construction.
- Minimum teaching experience of 1- 3 years.

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- Fluency in English and one local language (Hindi)
