I. Teaching Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the design and implementation of fashion design or related courses, ensuring they align with industry standards and academic objectives.
- **Classroom Instruction**:Deliver engaging and informative lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops in fashion design, sketching, draping, garment construction, or related areas.
- **Student Assessment**:Evaluate student work through projects, exams, and presentations, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- **Research and Innovation**:Stay abreast of current trends and technologies in the fashion industry, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the curriculum.
- **Mentorship**:Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in fashion design.

II. Counseling Responsibilities:

- **Student Advising**:Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them choose courses, plan their studies, and navigate academic challenges.
- **Career Counseling**:Assist students with their career aspirations, helping them explore opportunities, develop job search strategies, and prepare for industry interviews.
- **Internship Placement**:Connect students with internships and industry placements, providing them with valuable real-world experience.
- **Student Development**:Facilitate the development of essential skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving, through workshops and activities.
- **Referral to Resources**:Connect students with relevant resources, including academic support, career services, and counseling services.

III. General Responsibilities:

- **Professional Development**:Participate in professional development activities, stay informed about industry trends, and enhance teaching and counseling skills.
- **Communication**:Maintain open communication with students, faculty, and administrators to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- **Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with other faculty members to develop curriculum, share resources, and support student learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
