**About the Role**:
We are seeking **Mechanical Engineering Graduates** who are enthusiastic to begin their careers with practical, hands-on experience. As a **Graduate Trainee**, you will be trained in various aspects of **mechanical fabrication, assembly, and production processes**, especially related to **electrical panel board structures**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **fabrication and mechanical assembly** of LT/HT panel enclosures.
- Learn to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD layouts.
- Support production engineers with material planning and process execution.
- Observe and participate in welding, punching, bending, and fitting operations.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to daily production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, design, QC).
- **Educational Qualification**: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred).
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Strong interest in mechanical systems, fabrication, and industrial processes.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn hands-on skills.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic tools, AutoCAD, or mechanical drawings is an advantage.
