**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 7:40 AM to 2:40 PM; Sunday Off

**Salary**: ₹ 30,000 - ₹ 40,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in Taekwondo coaching / martial arts instruction.

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a committed and energetic Taekwondo & Martial Arts Coach to lead our school sports program for children and teens. You will plan and conduct Taekwondo/martial arts classes, help students develop fitness, discipline, self-defence skills and build a strong sports culture in the school.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Taekwondo and martial arts training sessions for different age groups (primary to senior)
- Develop lesson plans, belt grading programs, sparring drills, kicking & foot-technique training
- Monitor student progress, provide mentoring and feedback, maintain records of attendance and performance
- Collaborate with sports department/physical education team to integrate martial arts into weekly sports schedule
- Ensure training area safety, maintain equipment, enforce discipline and fair play
- Encourage participation in inter-school competitions and showcase martial-arts achievements
- Promote the martial-arts program among students, motivate enrolment and help increase engagement

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in Taekwondo or martial-arts coaching (preferably in a school or youth program)
- Certification in Taekwondo or recognized martial-arts qualification
- Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to work with children and adolescents, understand age-appropriate training
- Good organizational skills, punctuality, team-player mindset
- Passion for sports, fitness and youth development
