Key responsibilities
- **Instruction**: Conduct regular training sessions for students of various ages and skill levels, demonstrating and teaching proper Taekwondo techniques, forms, and conditioning.
- **Program development**: Create and implement structured lesson plans that cater to individual and group goals, focusing on physical development, mental focus, and discipline.
- **Student evaluation**: Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting training plans as needed.
- **Mentorship**: Motivate and inspire students, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
- **Competition preparation**: Prepare students for grading exams and competitions at various levels, from local to national.
- **Administrative duties**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- **Safety and compliance**: Ensure a safe training environment and uphold ethical standards, prioritizing the health and well-being of all students.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding training schedules, performance goals, and other relevant information.
- **Growth and development**: Stay current with best practices and advancements in Taekwondo and coaching techniques.

Required skills and qualifications
- Strong background in Taekwondo, often with a high-level belt (at least second-degree black belt is recommended).
- Experience in coaching or teaching martial arts is often preferred.
- Ability to model techniques and provide clear instruction.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and events.
- Commitment to safety and a positive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
