**Job Summary**: The Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of our franchise network by identifying and recruiting new franchisees. This role involves managing the entire sales process of closing deals, ensuring that potential franchisees meet our standards and are a good fit for the brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Conduct initial screenings and qualification of leads.
- Present the franchise opportunity to prospective franchisees through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Guide potential franchisees through the discovery process, providing detailed information about the business model, investment requirements, and support provided.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all franchise-related inquiries.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all prospective franchisees complete the necessary documentation and meet the company’s compliance standards.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate the franchise agreement process.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for franchise expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Gather feedback from prospective franchisees to improve the sales process and marketing materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in franchise sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and business models.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
