**Requirements**:
**Role Overview**
- Lawyers at SirionLabs are trusted partners to a global business with operations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. We are seeking a talented Associate Counsel to join our Legal team based in Gurgaon. Some travel, including international travel, may be required._

**Key role responsibilities**
- _Reviewing, drafting, and negotiation of customer (including RFx processes) and supply contracts;_
- _Working closely with business stakeholders to provide legal advice and assistance to business internal functions;_
- _Providing a wide range of general commercial and corporate advice - including M&A, employment, real estate, compliance, secretarial and data privacy;_
- _Drafting correspondence, coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking documents, maintaining status reports, and performing general office tasks; and_
- _Supporting other projects, including the administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation disputes._

- _2+ years of prior work experience with a degree in law from a common law jurisdiction;_
- _Excellent communication skills; and_
- _Strong analytical skills._
