**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Knowledge about Censor.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers can apply.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an electrical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
